I bought a pair of shoes online from here 8 weeks ago. No communication since, despite several emails and messages. Phone not answered.

Anyone else had problems with them lately? What's the story? I bought several pairs of shoes through then over the last 10 or so years with no problems, so this is kind of unexpected and frustrating...

Is it possible to send airmail to NZ at the moment? Sending stuff from Japan to Australia recently it had to go surface mail. Took months.

I've had a couple of airmail packages from Europe into NZ in the last month. About two weeks, that's a bit slower than the fastest ever, but within the usual range.
