Umm, I had the impression that V sits are bad for the lower back. I've avoided them. But maybe if you have no back issues it's okay?

I have noticed that stronger abs make V sits easier (tried one the other day...I've been doing Pilates roll ups...and it wasn't so bad). But Sandy sure has me beat other ways.
