Yeah, but this issue isn't with Garmin Connect. The watch is literally not working.

I think it’s to do with when you plug it into a laptop with the charging cable - if it’s not the most up to date charging cable then it messes up the watch - a similar thing happened to mine after I did this. Could be completely wrong tho??!

That makes sense, ive been using the wrong canblr for months and it tells me "unsupported cable" but still charges. Got my proper cable back and it tonight it worked
