I've noticed drivers have been much friendlier than usual over the past few weeks - don't know if its because they have decided to be nice or just that the roads have been quieter so its easier for them to overtake sensibly and safely.

Just social distancing.

Maybe the driver was French

I've noticed no difference from drivers but then Aus drivers own the road - it's paid for by car regos so they tell me - so I have no right to use it.

Amazing, that's the same (incorrect) argument used by anti-bike drivists on the other side of the globe.
