How big was the loop? I find anything smaller than 800m ish has the potential to go whack
600m so yeah, sometimes it’s good but sometimes and more often on short reps where I’m constantly changing pace it gets a bit optimistic. No worries though, effort was there.
Yea, literally doesn’t matter at all. If it’s a good place to train then bosh out laps until your heart’s content
