We're exploring orienteering apps to use with schools or colleges, both for regular courses (score-O, point-to-point) and permanent courses.

What is your experience and what do you recommend?

- iOrienteering (Android, iOS). QR codes placed at checkpoints; does not record your GPS track
- GPS Orienteering (Android). Place the controls on the map on your phone; integrated GPS tracks whether you get to those controls; can share courses with others; records your GPS track
- MOBO (Android, iOS). QR codes; can download the course onto your phone.
- MapRunF (Android, iOS). Punching and timing with phone; with GPS.
