Discussion: Geology Tour!

We're happy to announce that we have a really sweet geology tour lined up for the rest day (Wednesday). It will be a roughly half-day tour so you'll be done with plenty of time to join the Escape Room or check out some other sites in the area.
The tour will be led by Samantha and Pat. Sam is a University of Arizona Geosciences graduate student currently doing research in the area of the tour while Pat is a hiking and climbing tour guide. The tour will include stops along the Park Loop of Saguaro East and then a ~3 mile out-and-back (or up and down, really) hike along Tanque Verde Ridge to get more views and see more flora. And maybe fauna. You'll also get a trip guide with maps and figures!
Pricing details to come - it's possible that the per-vehicle entrance fee to the National Park ($25) will be waived for an educational tour, so stay tuned.
If you have already registered and did not indicate interest but you now realize the error of your ways just let me know! We're just taking numbers/interest now, not payment.
