Beware the Bear 19 K at Bear Creek Lake Park in Morrison. Mainly because one of my friends is the race director, and it only has moderate / rolling hills (it's not a brutally steep course).

The past two years had sunny t-shirt weather...but it looks grim for this weekend. Maybe I'll get lucky and it'll be cancelled? :-P
