Almost unbelievable. At WMOC last year a lad pulled his control description sheet then preceded to walk around the table looking at everyone else's first controls so he could just piggyback them. No one complained about me. (Just jesting, but it was pretty outrageous.)

There were some issues with competitors taking to others in the terrain, asking control numbers, and even one instance is stealing another person's map.
