Discussion: Wonderful area!

Just noticed that you are travelling in the West. I loved Zion and climbed Angel's Landing(by myself). It was so much fun.
Unfortunately, as I understand now, there are SO many tourists that they are considering limiting the number of people entering the park every day.

You can only take a shuttle to access the north part of the valley (unless you're staying in the lodge area), with parking at the visitors center. We're going to see how far we get up the Angels Landing trail tomorrow (probably just to the viewpoint). :-)

We did get past Scout's Lookout to a nice little knob about 500' below the top.
