Having a bad night sleep thinking about waking up is iconic. Worst imo I'd before an early flight.
So I'm not the only person this happens to after all.
There was the time when I woke up on a long-run morning thinking my alarm had gone off when it hadn't, got myself ready, was all set to head out the door and looked at my watch: 1.40am...
Yep its a killer, I looked at my clock at least 5 times in the night. Its funny cause I am used to the 6am wake up but just 30 minutes earlier and my brain does one of these ones.
Worse nights sleep I have had was the night before a 0430 taxi to the airport. Was off to a bad start when I arrived at the motel, and someone was complaining to the reception that they didn't get there wake up call. Didn't sleep at all that night!
