Yes, I think our whole medical system is over-loaded and broken. Good doctors, with any kind of reputation, are swamped. And their poorly-paid staff picks up on that unceasing demand, and develops an 'attitude.' Because once you get to see the doctor after running 'the gauntlet' of forms, appointments, HIPPA agreements, and waiting rooms....turns out he's a very nice, caring guy; at least for the five minutes he has to spend with you.

True. And oblivious to the human cost of all the bureaucracy and waiting.
