In Forest Park in St Louis, I've been tempted to distribute a survey to walkers on the paved bike trail that for safety reasons, FP should build a parallel gravel walking path.
BTW: That path already exists -- 10 feet away.

Last year I came upon an accident on the FP paved bike trail. Cyclist was fine. Bike was a bit bent. Jogger was being treated -- lying on the ground bleeding.
