I have done many, many runs trying to ignore really quite large amounts of pain (6 months of training with sciatica was no fun, neither was 18 months of running with plantar-f’ing-fasciitis) but even I would draw the line at running with a stick! Hope you get better soon.

I agree with BNM. It's painful just reading about it. There must be some other form of exercise that you can do?

Stick is basically for balance just because the leg is so unstable I can't do uneven ground descents or steps.

and the Osteopath said to do as much as I possibly can, so its all OK.
