Discussion: West Point Meet

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank all of the cadets and other personnel at West Point for the wonderful orienteering experience this weekend. Orienteering on base at West Point has been on my "orienteering must-do" list for some time. I realize the logistics for allowing an on post event were staggering but carried off with military precision. I particularly enjoyed the final control and run-in at the sprint event. Finishing in the fieldhouse was a really nice touch.

Thank you for coming down this weekend!! I'm glad to hear you had an awesome experience, and I will pass down your thanks to the rest of the team. Make sure to put our 41st annual event on your calendar--our goal is to make that one even better than this year's!

We'll be working that out in the upcoming weeks, should have dates sent up to OUSA before June rolls around
