Cheers. Very old team - me, Clive, Tim Tett (age 59!) - in M50 - all M55s! You should complain ;-) No idea why i got reserve but i did run 2 selection races & came 2nd in each (Nov classic, Southern champs). Charlie dropped out, preferring the Northern champs.

Nigel Bunn has apparently "crocked" his calf. He is also M55.......!

is Ifor eligible to run for England? Not sure..

Well done Phil. Deserved based on how you're running. I'm sure you'll do your country proud :)

M55 and crocked calf in the same sentence, well I never....

Those were three impressive times from you, Nigel and Chas at Southern Champs, definitely right for one of you to be in the team!

Thank you. I had a bit of a tow from 2 controls or so out, from Nigel, who had caught me 4 mins. I'd have probably done 81 mins otherwise. There was no stopping him - he was on fire/on a mission.... Sadly, he's now knackered his calf. So I'm in! :-)

As for Chas - well he's good on the hills & was selected but prefers to fight brambles in Wharncliffe!
