Good to hear you found the efforts "horrid", I'm sure it'll do us all good in the end... was tough getting up this morning and persuading myself I wanted to cycle in...

It was agony! Am stiff today.

I'm sure it's doing me good tho, & Tim & I should become regulars on the tuesday nigh sessions now - thanks! :-)

Great! Was great to have Tim along too. Next week is the Queen's head in Hanham, then the following week will be a Pairs Night-O exercise in Oldbury Court, going from the White Lion....

Sounds great! we like the White lion!

Want to know all about Tim? 1985 ..... (sadly the sound is out of sync with the pictures). He was 25 here.

PS. Tim & I are keen on the "pub after the run" aspect of the evening as well, in future! I had to tell him that last night's venue wasn't the usual standard.....! Meals etc in future, I would imagine. :-)

Hi Phil, yes, that was unusual, we only go there once per year, and mainly because there aren't that many decent pubs in the area! Next week is the Queen's Head, followed by White Hart, then Port of Call, Angel Inn, The Talbot (not great food but cheap), Something close to Leigh Woods TBC, Port of Call, White Lion, The Cottage..... hope that reassures you about the pubs of the future!! :)

Bloody oath, are you running between each pub ?

No - we're drinkers with a running problem! :-)

If the pub's not much cop it seriously influences whether some of us will bother to turn up ;-)
