Sorry for not replying soon to that email, i just wanted to get in touch with some of the others before I filled out the poll. I'm good with either, if its specific to a single training maybe a comment here is better. And if its broader or longer then an email is more suitable.
I have basically Monday, Wed, Friday as recovery runs where I'm just running at a pace that feels like I'm not doing much. Saturday I'll be planning to do a long run starting from 13km and gradually increasing to 15km. Then Tuesday / Sunday I'll run with the team, and on Thursday I'll do the long intervals.
