It was short, fast and technically a lot easier than it should have been. Mikey's lack of fitness didn't have a chance to show.

Well, you've got a cold, so it's not too bad a result. Hope calf stands up too & you're fit by next friday! :)
You're M55 now so Dave P. is young again. Pete Ward was amazing today - but he's still M45 so he's now 10 years younger! ;-)
