For this plyometric session, I did...

3x16 Banded Samurai Pulls
3x10 Single leg box jumps
3x10 Chest passes with Medicine Ball
3x12 Jumping leg press
4x16 Mountain climbers with a Resistance Band
3x16 Shoulder tap Planks
3x10 Forward Burpees
3x16 Alternating Pistol squat jumps
4x8 Squat roll with a jump
3x10 Side reaches to Box jump
3x100m Treadmill sprints

I try to keep my plyometrics training at a high intensity giving myself around a 30-second break between each exercise. I mainly stick to body weight exercises mixed with cardio for my plyometrics training. I also make sure to do leg and arm stretches before and after my training to prevent any injuries and loosen up my muscles.

Wow!

That looks great. Workouts like those are an excellent routine to help prepare your body for terrain running.

So great job and keep it up!
