What's your preferred course for a parkrun pb?

Protected, no traffic beside (yuck - hate hearing traffic), and flattish. My actual "best" course is my home course of Callaghan (Newcastle Uni) but it is hilly and has some sections of barkchip. I love the taste of bush and a bit of park and a tiny bit of building.
I'm just happy to see some benefit from the extra I've been putting in. My fastest time all up is in the low 33s but since we've stopped doing State League events my running fitness has plummeted (a stress fracture didn't help either!). All relative - I think I can get down to low 35s again on the runners' course - newy - which is just FLAT! All being well that will be by mid year - so around my 200th parkrun.

VERY excited about my first rogaine for the year - Minigaine on 24 Feb!!!
