Ya I have kinda, I went to the doctor and got tested for lyme and other tick stuff and then went back and got tested for mono, everything coming back negative. The main issue is just the headache, although it would be nice to figure out the tiredness.

Thinking about it though, it went away during break which makes me think it's a less sleep/more stress issue.

Stress can seriously mess with you. I don't know if you've ever tried any guided meditation or would even be slightly interested, but it might be something to consider. I'm sure there are plenty of apps or videos on youtube

I have done some guided meditation (I'm taking meditation as my gym class right now...) but I should probably try to do it more consistently and see if that helps.

Also, iron. Especially for women, low iron is often the reason behind low energy.

Checked that one with the blood tests and they said that iron levels were fine.
