Good to see the bit of push. Hope it's useful.

Things to think about when 'Stridering': form! Imagine you're a world class 800m runner, and think about their form. Good 'hips to nips' arm swing; cadence at 180 (3 foot strikes per second); easy, powerful breathing; relax, relax, relax.
