It's made by Endura, bought it through Chain Reaction Cycles. What I've got doesn't seem available on either CRC's or Endura's web sites, so I'm guessing they don't make it any more.

The closest thing I can see is this one, and here is a review of it.

The fit seems really bad when I put it on, sleeves all twisted, seems like the torso fit is going to be way off. But I do up the zipper, straighten things out, and it works. Obviously having some stretch in the fabric matters. While I'm using it, just seems to fit perfectly.

But everyone's desires and shape is different, so....
