Looks like BOK training is hotting up if we are getting Owain out...…. Is that the same Will I was talking about, son of an British Champion?

Yes that Will. He looked close to Owain as far as I could tell. Owain wanted to have a none road session as he has some knee issue hence coming out with us.

We've had a good number turning up each week recently, several newcomers keep coming back, and Phil has been putting in a regular appearance too. I scheduled a Frenchay White Lion run just so we might attract him along, and he ends up coming to all the ones that are furthest from his house! Was inspiring/tiring watching Owain and Will bound off at the front up the hill.... all we need now is our club captain to show up...;)

I will if my foot starts playing ball and work stops getting in the way :-(

I will make the White Lion pub at least ! Signed up for a 19.5km off road Keynsham horror race on Sunday - I fully expect to die!

I attended a Tuesday night BOK run in early September on a whim, & enjoyed the whole evening - not just the run - so much, that now I go every week. Simples! :)

Thanks to Ifor & tommi for enabling these sessions. Last night HURT, though.

Owain was able to get a big gap on Will on most efforts by the top, I gather. No shame for Will there.

Glad to hear you enjoy it Phil, it's good to have someone your speed to pull us along! Sorry Paul, had forgotten that you have an injury and didn't mean to have a dig!
