I've decided to train again. Like, follow a plan and have goals and stuff. First objective is chasing that 20 min 5k for my first year as a W40. Last week went well, once I was over the puking disease that Lukas gave us. This week is going to be awesome, as long as the cold he gave us stays mellow.

I'm posting here for accountability and encouragement. :-)

No, I'll just keep racing them until I do it or get too old to do it. :-)

Ooh, motivation and accountability- I need both! So, I don't have a specific race in mind for next year, but my goal for the end of the summer is a 2:45 Olympic-distance tri. I need to find a good winter training plan, though, or just learn to suck it up and run in the cold/dark.
