Hi,
I'm toying with the idea of trying to record some training runs on video. Do folks have recommendations regarding best headcam and software to use?
Thanks,
Jeremy
https://www.rylo.com/https://www.facebook.com/columbiariverorienteering...Check this camera out. It's 360 so you don't have to worry about adjusting while training, you can look down at your map later. Also, the stabilization is amazing.
@Grandjean - couldn't find anything to make it a headcam. I have been looking into them to take along as a "second pair of eyes" when field checking. I often take pictures to back up so to speak things I drew when out there, if I want to take a "second" look when at home. Phone in pocket not a great option.
Got it. This camera uses the same mounting accessories as a GoPro. I used a chest harness in the video I made.
How waterproof is it?
I.e. similar to my Garmin watch, or does it need some form of rain enclosure?
I have a lot of interest in using headcam video as a tool to improve orienteering skills,
http://o-training.net/blog/2011/01/19/improve-your... unfortunately after sending emails to the developer of the Camolyze tool
https://camolyze.wordpress.com/ and Jan it does not look that anyone has interest in developing a new tool / app. Happy to know if anyone wants to chaice this (with me) aiming to create / develop a new app / tool
