Now that's an interesting strategy for dealing with a slow partner. Haha.

I liked the story from the 2010 WRC in NZ about the hotly-favoured (Russian?) team who had a *slight* disagreement. The organisers found one of them walking along the main highway - doing so was strictly forbidden - and he either couldn't or wouldn't tell them where his teammate was!

I heard about that incident at the end of the event as I was lamenting the variety of food on offer. Incidentally I also had a falling out with my partner after the event and haven't rogained with him since, nor have I done another WRC since then. Rogaining is stupid.
