That would be Treaty by Yothu Yindi.
A little googling shows that this was one of the original verses of Advance Australia Fair - national Anthem of Australia since 1984.
First sung in 1878 but changed in 1901 to the version more like today´s.
The song contradicts itself - talks about "British" then "England's flag" - which is it? Seems to me the writers suffered from the same problem that most inhabitants of England - they don't know what they're talking about due to total ignorance.
