Discussion: No Hudson Highlander this year

I've gotten a bunch of pings about the plans for this years Hudson Highlander. Sadly we will not be holding it. The reason is that the organizers of the "Harriman Festival" have planed a goat event in the same venue as where we hold the highlander right around the same time that we have traditionally held the Highlander for the last few decades. No reason to have similar events back to back - especially since HVO would have to help with both. We hope to bring the Highlander back next year.

I suppose there's some "quickening" joke to be made here as well...
