Yeah I don't think Perth suffers from being too hot at the moment.
I say almost because it would only have to be a little bit hotter and I would make myself get the run done earlier to avoid the running in the hotter part of the day. As it was we got a relative sleep in and a pretty comfortable run temperature. Perfect.
