I hope you enjoyed Ovik. I am biased but some of the best terrain in Sweden for sure. I never got tired of orienteering around the High Coast.

Have fun at Lofoten. You're certainly choosing some tough places to go from a running p.o.v! The scenery is unmissable though. Are there any events on or are you just sightseeing?

Just sightseeing, and probably just maintenance-level training. Anticipate a few coastal runs (if such things exist). I'd heard good things about the area for a long time but settled on it after hearing reports from a work colleague who did an extended climbing trip there in May.

Yeah it's an amazing place to visit. You will struggle to find a flat place to run (coastal or otherwise) unless you stick to the roads.

Was a nice quiet destination too although I believe tourism is growing exponentially in recent years. Elise, Sam and I are planning to visit next year on our o/s trip so I'll be interested in your travel reports.
