Glad you're enjoying my Swedish "home" map Blair. I've spent many hours running in the forest around Domsjö and as an elite it was certainly one of the more physical areas to run in so I can imagine what it must be like as a veteran. Fantastic terrain though. Was also one of the days for my first Oringen 25 years ago.
I hope for the sake of the Ovik clubs that the heatwave doesn't cause any cancellations. Would be a terrible blow for everyone involved.

Yes - the winds have stayed southerly (northwesterly would have been a potential problem).
Definitely tough to get up onto the hills, but nice once you're on the tops (today especially so).
