Hello wonderful community! We are quite good in terms of logistic: have a large arena, a huge room at a community center accross the street for downloading/results/medal ceremony, snacks, water, toilets, showers, accommodations.. Lack a bit of experience in terms of mass start/map exchange and many potential pitfalls that are still to discover. Please share your wisdom and 'know hows'. Thank you!
