Looks to be a steady about 16% grade? 10 would be tough indeed.
There's another 20m at the top to add, which is steeper and in rough vegetation that would finish off the challenge. I think you snowshoed straight up that. And maybe a couple hundred meters beyond can be added, too. But not yet.
