Same number of controls for all three legs.

Some of the controls were shared with the race and the grass-is-lava training. For the control challenge, each control only counts once no matter how many times you navigate to it. I didn't check for how many controls were shared with versions A or C, so I was thinking that it may be more or less total distinct control locations, although it definitely could be the same, too!
