I can definitely relate to how frustrating it is. Focus on getting better over training, even though it can be super frustrating. You'll be able to get back to the mileage once you're back to 100%. Taking the time off now will make sure that being sick doesn't get dragged out into something super long and annoying. Fluids, vitamin C, zinc, and sleep are your friends.
