Best wishes for Zack acclimating to the eastern time zone. Surely it's safer to feed the chipper in the daylight.
Good practice for night-o perhaps, but yes, I would prefer to do it in the daylight, and likely will never do it at night myself.
I think that is Zack's normal east coast schedule.
Also more or less his normal west coast schedule, as he has been getting up earlier there having a job that starts around 6 or 6:30 am, up by 8 on his off days. So chipping until 1 am or so on the east coast, getting up around 11 is not that much of a stretch. We have more interesting toys for him here.
Leslie wishes she could be there for all the chipping action.
Maybe she will get another chance. There is no shortage of chippable material.
