are you wearing the 860s with your orthotics? seems weird?? I generally always knew of orthotics being used with neutral shoes??

Yeah me too. But Drew who handles my orthotics suggested that I need as much stability as I can at this time.
The Guides I was running in before were also stability but they seem to fit the orthotics better than these.
