Was remapped using lidar for the Vic Relays. Probably 2013.

Lidar would have solved all those problems.
Vegetation was refieldworked. Lidar was not used though. Chris walked around veg boundaries using a GPS to record his path. You would really notice the difference if you had used the old map. Massive veg changes due to millenial drought then the two wet years and fire suppression burning and public use with encroaching suburbia. Chris tends to map green if at all in doubt.
My impression on Saturday was that 'normal' green (light or medium) was generally less thick than mapped, but green stripe (or areas around it) was thicker.
