Nice run. Bit of training consistency (pre-injury) and being much lighter makes a big difference!

thanks and yup - hopefully, get that consistency going again in the coming weeks and lose a bit more weight.

Progress! A bit of concern there with the form. Running fast lopsided isn’t good. Also I think a 12 hour with a dodgy ankle is “NOT A GOOD IDEA”.

Yeah I agree but I often roll the dice I’ll make a more informed decision closer to ergo cutoff

Need right calf and left ankle to be better than they are - that said they are headed in right direction and the week of doing absolutely nothing has certainly helped.

Also 1 run a month is not a basis for a TT. Yes time trials should be run no more than about once a month like you have: but there needs to be actual running training as well!

haha Yes there was some training prior to the rogaine and just shy ok 10kgs weight loss and significant improvement in fitness and strength and speed. Hence havng a crack at the course - I suspect reducing the pace the next 15-30s is going to require some running drills and specific running training

My brain just exploded trying to decipher that.
