Take care of that. I had the same checklist this time last year when I got diagnosed with achilles tendinopathy. Still fighting with my achilles since then. Had got good help with rehab (kbox) since 2 months and it starts feeling better for the first time.
I love running in snow but it doesn't love me. Always always end up injured with Achilles/ foot issues. Take care and be aware for next winter.
