Yeah, very slightly. But the way back was comparatively a lot harder regardless. What you don't see on attackpoint is that I had probably been lying down for ~16 hours (give or take a few hours) before the jog down whereas on the way back I had just been stretching which counts as a session for me. On the way down my body was ready, on the way back breathing and stomach felt like it was a race. Everything I do affects me for a certain period of time and has to be taken into consideration. Would be good to get to the point where I can do stretching as well as something else physical in a day.
