Can you move after yesterday's onslaught?
I can move yes but certainly feel the efforts.
But that’s sort of the point.
The first two 30 minute classes were killers and I was clock watching in both sessions.
I was also totally drenched in sweat but dried out in the 1 hr yoga/tai chi/Pilates session in the middle where many of the ladies were way way way more flexible than me!
not flexible?.... You???? Most males are far less flexible than most females even before starting to work on it!
Strength and endurance is more important to be than being able to raise my arms in reverse above my head.
Sorry to say but flexibility will enhance your strength!
