first speed workout in quite a while?...very good result, my guess is you should be able to break 90 and lower no problem w a few repeat visits!

Indeed, about 2 years. Being more careful about pushing the pace, or miles as I have injured myself the last two years. Under 90 would be amazing, but will be happy to do a set under 100 at this time.
