But make sure you're ready for Halden - a strong core for starters. Phase yourself into the forest volume. But come on, have some goals, even if they're in the back of your head only. 6 months in Halden and the local competitions should see you fit, strong & technically clean enough to fight for WOC and WC places. Nav it!
