I ran several Brighton Schools & Sussex Schools races there 40+ years ago - it was always a mudbath!

Wasn't too bad three years ago and our TM insisted the clay soil was fast draining so went for 12mm spikes as the tracks are a bit rocky. Will be on fresh 15s for Parliament Hill in a few weeks!

I suppose if it's so waterlogged that all the water runs straight off it it could be construed as such?
