perhaps you need to take even a week off everything (sorry not work). Then work backwards by mixing up any normal routines that you can. A couple of people I know have lost their mojo with running groups, parkrun and O. Won't drop one but not enjoying any and can't "let go". Needed to reset. You've had a pretty full-on 14 months! and more to come this year. Take good care of you!
Ta :) I'm fine, just need my work to supply an oxygen concentrator and UV lamp - or else a hole in the roof of the hospital - to simulate fresh air and sunlight.
You get get one of those tubes that lets light in and punch a hole and get some real air too - or just a periscope!
