Gotta do it while I can, Kswede. Bottom of the age bracket, too. ;) Not too many more of those chances.

Tom_O: you should join the Runner's High Delaware Sunday runs when there's no O going on. Usually 7-9 at Brandywine, really nice folks, all ranges, you'd fit right in. We sang happy birthday and ate cake today, for example.

I'm really happy to be getting through these big mile weeks without injury. Creaky, but as long as I've been staying hydrated and fueled up I've been good to go.

Looking forward to some couch time today. E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles!
