all day is fundamentally bad for you. Similar health impacts to smoking, l've heard. I feel so much better now l don't work full time.

I'm still adjusting from having had a fair bit of independence, to now not having as much autonomy as I'd like (apparently this comes with being part of a team) which is causing a bit of stress/anxiety - and I tend to manifest this as muscle tension. Weirdly though, legs hurt more when walking around the wards (just going back & forth each day wastes me about half an hour, I've calculated) than they do either sitting at a desk or going running.
